Dear Richard, Bob and Barb,
I am visiting my Dad in Clintonville and went through the wonderful book and packet you put together after my mother's funeral, Elizabeth "Betty" Simpson, six weeks ago. It brought to mind all the sincere caring and special touches that you gave which made the experience much easier. This was our first time to have a close family member pass and having you assist us made it as nice as it could be.
When my mom died in Milwaukee, you immediately found a local funeral home to arrive within an hour, and they were also extremely compassionate and took care of getting her death certificate and arranging for her cremation.
You personally flew your plane through a storm to make sure her cremains were at your funeral home for the rememberance night. When we met to plan the funeral details, you spent so much time with us. Barb was very helpful in copying a wonderful picture of my mom from my computer, which I didn't know how to do. Then you created beautiful memory cards which each visitor received with that picture and message. You sent that same picture along with the obituary (that you helped us write) to several papers almost immediately. (Technology is amazing!) The word got out and we were amazed at how many people came to pay their respects.
The facility was spacious, clean, and beautifully prepared with all the flowers and momentos arranged well. You both were there to provide easels, coffee, and a caring hand whenever it was needed. The next day the flowers and momentos were at the church, and then you took them back to our house without us having to lift a finger.
I was with my dad when you explained the cost, and we were surprised at how reasonable it was for what you provided. It takes a special person to provide the caring and quality service that you did in our time of need. For that our family will be eternally grateful.
Should anyone be interested in talking with me, I would be happy to give a top recommendation of Beil-Didier, and feel free to share this letter.
Most appreciatively,
Kathie Simpson Zier 970-377-3493
