Thank you for visiting the web site of Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Services P. C. Our firm has been serving the Penns Valley area since 1885. In June of 2005, we expanded our service area by assuming the operations of the former Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home Inc. at 1034 Benner Pike, State College, PA. On September 5, 2008, Jan B. Jefferson became our supervisor at our State College location. She is a compassionate, caring and exceptionally capable funeral director with over twenty years of experience in funeral service. I am proud and happy to have her as part of the team. Jan and her husband Dan (who is returning to the State College area after having grown up here) and their son Ross are living near State College, and plan to make it their long term home. Again we welcome her to our staff.

Beginning in November 2009, we would like to welcome Ryan C. Pellman as a Licensed Funeral Director to our staff.  Ryan previously served as our Intern Funeral Director and now shares the commitment of serving our Penns Valley, Happy Valley, and surrounding communities.
