From the WEST on the LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY
Follow the Long Island Expressway (I-495) to Exit 63. Follow the off-ramp to your very first light - this is the intersection for North Ocean Avenue (aka County Road 83). At the light, make a RIGHT turn. You will now be traveling southbound on North Ocean Avenue, heading into Patchogue. The Ruland Funeral Home will be @ 3 miles south of the L.I.E. and will appear on the right hand side of the road - immediately after a commercial truck dealership (Cassel Trucks).
From the EAST on the LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY
Follow the Long Island Expressway (I-495) to Exit 63. Follow off-ramp to your first light - this is North Ocean Avenue (County Road 83).
At the light, make a LEFT turn.
You will now be heading southbound on North Ocean Avenue.
The Ruland Funeral Home will be @ 3 miles south of the L.I.E. and will appear on the right hand side of the road - immediately after a commercial truck dealership (Cassel Trucks).
From the WEST on SUNRISE HIGHWAY
Follow SUNRISE HIGHWAY Eastbound to EXIT 52-A.
Leave Sunrise Highway at EXIT 52-A and follow ramp to the first light.
At the light make a LEFT turn.
(You are now headed northbound on North Ocean Avenue)
Proceed north @ 2000 feet and Ruland Funeral Home will be on your LEFT between the First Baptist Church and Cassell Trucks.
From the EAST on SUNRISE HIGHWAY
Follow SUNRISE HWY Westbound to EXIT 53. Leave Sunrise Highway at Exit 53 and proceed along
the Sunrise Highway Service Road.
The First light is the intersection of Route 112 and the Sunrise Hwy North Service Road.
Stay on the Service Road heading West until you come to the SECOND Traffic Light. (This is the intersection for North Ocean Avenue.)
Make a RIGHT TURN and proceed @ 2000 feet north on North Ocean Avenue. The Funeral Home will be on your LEFT side located between the First Baptist Church and Cassell Trucks.
From the WEST on the SOUTHERN STATE PARKWAY
Follow the SOUTHERN STATE PARKWAY eastbound. (Please note that the Southern State will divide prior to your exit - remember to bear to your right. Bearing left will put you on the Sagitkos Parkway heading north to the L.I.E.)
Continue on the SOUTHERN STATE PWY eastbound to EXIT 44 East.
This is the Exit for SUNRISE HIGHWAY heading east.
Continue on SUNRISE HWY Eastbound to EXIT 52-A (CR83 aka N. Ocean Ave.)
Leave Sunrise Highway at Exit 52-A and follow ramp to the first light. At the light make LEFT turn. (You are now headed northbound on N. Ocean Avenue)
Proceed north @ 2000 feet and the Funeral Home will be on your LEFT. We are located between the First Baptist Church and Cassell Trucks.
From the WEST on the NORTHERN STATE PARKWAY
Proceed on the NORTHERN STATE PARKWAY eastbound to the end.
Follow the signs for Route 454 / Veteran’s Memorial Highway.
Follow Veteran’s Memorial Highway to the Long Island Expressway.
Take the Long Island Expressway heading EAST. Leave the Long Island Expressway at Exit 63. Follow the off-ramp to the first light and make a RIGHT turn.
(You are now headed south on N. Ocean Ave / County Road #83). Continue SOUTH for approximately 3 miles and the Funeral Home will be on your RIGHT immediately after a GMC Truck Dealership called Cassel Trucks.
