From Highway 1 East
Come into Warren. Drive until you see the North Valley Health Center (left side of the road) and go past the hospital and take the first left hand turn (McKinley St.). Drive 1 block and after you stop at the railroad tracks (Stop sign), take your first right hand turn and we are on your left hand side.
From Highway 1 West
Come into Warren and cross the bridge. Take your first right hand turn (Division St.) and go over the railroad tracks. We are on your left hand side after you go over the railroad tracks.
From Highway 75 North
Come into Warren and turn right at Hwy 1. Drive until you see the North Valley Health Center (left side of the road) and go past the hospital and take the first left hand turn (McKinley St.). Drive 1 block and after you stop at the railroad tracks (Stop sign), take your first right hand turn and we are on your left hand side.
From Highway 75 South
Come into Warren and turn left at Hwy 1. Drive until you see the North Valley Health Center (left side of the road) and go past the hospital and take the first left hand turn (McKinley St.).
